Booking conditions         CAMPING LA POMMERAIE ****

1. 1. Only the contract completed with precision is considered valid because it provides all the elements allowing the reservation to be considered. Booking a stay implies full acceptance of our booking conditions. 2. A rental is rented by name and cannot under any circumstances be sublet. 3. Arrivals and Departures: On the day of your arrival, the rental or pitch will be available from 3 p.m.and must be occupied before 8 p.m. No arrivals can be accepted after 9:30 p.m. Before handing over the keys, a deposit will be requested (2 checks, one for €150 and one for €90 for cleaning). On the day of your departure, the mobile home must be free by 10 a.m. at the latest and 11 a.m. for pitches. For any departure after these times, an additional night will be charged. The accommodation must be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness, and the inventory will be checked, any broken or damaged object will be your responsibility. Compensation will be deducted from your deposit with supporting invoice. The withholding of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in cases where the costs exceed the amount of the deposit.
   2. Without warning from you of a delay or cancellation, the reservation is maintained until 9 a.m. the day after the scheduled arrival date, after this period, the reservation is rendered void, the deposit as well as the sums paid remain with the campsite, and the entire unpaid balance of the stay must be paid within 7 days.
   3. In the event of late arrival or early departure in relation to the dates mentioned on your contract, no refund will be made, the total amount of the stay remains with the campsite (weather included). 6. Terms of payment: Upon receipt of your rental contract with your deposit, we will send you, subject to availability, a confirmation. For rental reservations and pitches made more than 31 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 30% of the price of the amount of the services reserved must be paid upon reservation.

   The balance of the rentals must be paid 31 days before the date of the beginning of the stay. The balance of the amount of the stay of a camping pitch must be paid at the campsite on arrival, a receipt for this payment will then be given. If the number of people is different on arrival (or during the stay), from that initially planned, the correction will be made immediately. For rental reservations or pitches, made less than 31 days before the date of the start of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of reservation. After this time, if we have not received your payment, we will consider your reservation as canceled and the cancellation conditions will be applied. 7. Cancellation conditions: The booking fees paid remain with the campsite in all cases . – cancellation beyond 52 daysbefore the date of arrival, the deposit paid remains acquired at the campsite, balance not due… – cancellation month of 51 days included , the deposit paid as well as the total balance of the stay must be paid at the campsite… 8. The campsite management can not, under any circumstances, be held responsible for theft, loss of personal items, injuries or damage that may occur to holidaymakers or their property during their stay. 9. It is up to the camper to have his own liability insurance. 10. In case of dispute, only the court of the department where the reservation is registered is competent. 11. All tenants must be responsible for enforcing all the requirements of the campsite’s internal regulations for the people residing with them under their responsibility.  Important Notes:1. The capacity of the pitches for 6 peoplemust be respected. (Adults children and babies included) .2. In July and August rentals and pitches are from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. In May, June and September the day of arrival and departure is free. 3. The management declines all responsibility in the event of theft or loss.4. Only one dog will be accepted per mobile home. Kept on a leash, tattoo and valid vaccination record required. Dog 1st and 2nd category prohibited.5. No arrival can be taken care of after 9 p.m. For any late arrival we ask that you notify us in advance.6. Only one tourist vehicle is authorized for each pitch. Utilities prohibited inside the campsite.7. No minor will be accepted to stay in the campsite unaccompanied by their parents or adult. 8. The campsite does not make any refunds in the event of dissatisfaction linked to the surrounding natural environment (cows, insects, trees, etc.). 9.The campsite will not make any refund or compensation in the event of a breakdown or technical failure in the rental. 10. We do not guarantee the chalet, mobile home or pitch number. We do our best to meet your wishes without guaranteeing them.

   La Pommeraie campsite offers you Cancellation and Interruption insurance in your rental contract. Our partner Gritchen Affinity undertakes to reimburse all or part of the stay to our holidaymakers. In case of cancellation, notify the campsite of your withdrawal as soon as an event occurs preventing your departure by post or email. If the claim is provided for in the general conditions (available on the website www.campez-couvert.com or from the campsite), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents.
